The students participated in the essay contest as a part of Mrs. Goff's Social Studies classes. There were cash prizes involved: $50 – First; $25 – Second, and $10 for third place.

Sophomore Maddie Engler’s essay was presented at the District Level where she won first place which allowed her essay to continue on to the State level. The essay will be evaluated later this month. Good luck Maddie!
